Outlook 2003 Forwarding contact (.vcf) - no comments?

Hello -
Encounter missing contact comments (General tab) when
forwarding a contact to another user via email. We have
mixed 2002 and 2003 Outlook environments.
Contact forwarded from 2002 to 2003 - comments do NOT
show up.
Contact forwarded from 2003 to 2002 - comments DO show up.
Contact forwarded from 2003 to 2003 - comments do NOT
show up.
Anyone else encounter this? Sounds like client-side
configuration issue?
