Outlook 2003 Freeze - repair gives Error 1919 - Windows XP SP2 ins

Hello, when I try to repair from any Microsoft Office 2003 SP2 program it
return with the following error:
"Error 1919. Error in configuration of ODBC-datasource: MS Access-database,
ODBC-error 6: The component is not in the register. Control that the file MS
Access-database excists and that you have access to it." (my translation).

I have already upgraded to Microsoft Windows XP SP2. Thus, I should already
have the MDAC 2.8 installed on my computer, as described in the Article ID
818954 that discusses the above problem ...

How do I solve this (I am not sure that the Article ID 818954 is relevant,
as I already have upgraded to XP SP2). As mentioned, I have also already
upgraded to Microsoft Office SP2.

Regardless of the above error, I can still start and work with the following
programs in the Office Suite:

- Microsoft Office Word 2003 SP2
- Microsoft Office Publisher 2003 SP2
- Microsoft Office PowerPoint 2003 SP2
- Microsoft Office Excel 2003 SP2

The following programs failes:
- Microsoft Access 2003 SP2 (this reports on startup of a failure, that
makes that this function does not work as it should). It tries to install the
Microsoft-Office-Access-function, that gives the above error message.
- Micrsoft Outlook 2003 SP2

Also, when I try to do any alternations to the Microsoft Office Program
Suite from my original MS Office Professional 2003 disk, or repair the
program, I am getting the same error message.

Thanks a lot for your advise.
