Hi all,
I have been searching "everywhere" (including in Microsoft site), for a
solution to this problem, with no success; only found two similar situations
where not even a complete re-install solved the problem. The only clue I have
is that in safe mode it does work. I tried disabling add-ins , using a new
empty pst, repairing office,
deleting all user outlook files, giving command-line parameters... it only
works
if in safe mode. What else does safe-mode disable, besides customization
controls
and add-ins ?
It seems this problem exists from the beginning of installation...
This happens in a customer computer, so I am not able to experiment things
right
now, but I am supposed to solve it in the next weeks.
Is there a way to find what outlook is trying to do when it freezes ?(logs
or something) ?
