Outlook 2003 freezes when try to reply -- HELP!!

I've got Outlook 2003 installed with an XP operating system -- all of a
sudden, Outlook has started freezing up when I try to reply to a message (I
just get the hourglass cursor and noting happens) -- it also froze when I
tried to access online help through the help button. . .

Help!!!!

Did you try a Detect/Repair, via Outlook, or Add/Remove, or via Office cd?
And using scanpst.exe the repair tool on the outlook data file (search to
include hidden for scanpst.exe)

I ran the scanpst.exe, but when I tried to run Detect & Repair, I got the
following message: Installation Error:File not Found A required
instalation file SKU111.CAB could not be found" It's requesting I insert the
original program cd -- I've just moved and would have to go through a
gazillion boxes to find this cd. . . Any other options?!?
