Outlook 2003 Freezing

Hey just wondered if anyone has had any problems with outlook 2003 freezing.

Its been fine for me, but the 2 other users who have it(both working from
laptops) sometimes have it freeze up on them. They'll open a message, send
a reply or what not, then close the original message, and outlook will be
there emtpy not showing anything. The only way to solve the problem is to
use task manager to close outlook, then reopen it.

Any Ideas?
