A user connected to exchange 2003 SP2 with outlook 2003 SP3.
Each time he gets a new mail the Desktop Alert (the small light blue message
at the bottom of the screen) is appearing multiple times for each received
message.
I have reinstalled Office, I tested both with chache and non-cacheed setting.
I disabled and re-enabled the DesktopAlert, but he gets an alert and a few
seconds later it appears again as if there is another new e-mail message.
Has anyone come accross this?
