Outlook 2003 Group Calendars

In Outlook 2003 there is a Group Calendar Toolbar, does anybody know what this is for?

It was also in Outlook 2002. It allows users in an Exchange environment to save a view of multiple mailboxes' free/busy time.

In the Calendar folder, Actions | View Group Schedules.
