Outlook 2003 Hang on Migration

I have this same problem on 2 2k machines and an XP
machine. I reinstalled the sytem on the XP machine and the
installation went through. ONthe 2 other machines, I
cannot even get into mail in control panel-the machine
hangs. goes to (Not respondinga)? I can log into the
machine locally and get into Outlook OK. log into the
network and exchange, It hangs.???????
