Outlook 2003 hangs on close

When closing Outlook the main windows closes but the tray
icon never closes. Outlook will not re-launch until after
reboot. Any clues?

Do you have any add-ins loaded for Outlook?

Do you have ActiveSync running? Try undocking your PDA if you do before you
close Outlook. See if that helps.

Has this issue been resolved yet. Ihave been seeing this
same problem. Does it have something to do with Win XP
Home OS?

I am running winfax also, what I did was delete my *.pst
file and create a new one, thinking the old one may not
have upgraded all the way, this fixed the problem for
me. Outlook is working fine now
