Hi!
I got a new computer with Outlook 2003 running on Win XP Professional.
Outlook is hanging every time I do a send/receive. The mail seems to be
downloading properly, but Outlook doesn't respond. The other thing I have
noticed is that if I click on Tools-Options, the pop-up menu takes at least
5-10 minutes to load.
when I kill Outlook through the Task Manager, I get a Event ID:1002, Source:
Application Hang message in the Event Viewer.
I have tried disabling the virus program, recreating the profile and running
the scanpst.exe without any luck.
Any help in solving this problem will be appreciated.
Thank you
