Outlook 2003 with the latest service packs running on XP SP2 with the latest
patches. It is set up as a POP client. It works fine except if I am composing
a new message and Outlook downloads received messages at the same time. This
causes the PC to freeze until the messages are downloaded. Then I can
continue to compose the new message. How can I fix this problem? Thanks in
