Outlook 2003 has long delays through Wanadoo

Sending emails via the Wanadoo ISP (Freeserve) takes hours to reach their
destination using Outlook 2003. There is no delay with Outlook 2000. are
there any settings to use to deal with this.

Wanadoo is unhelpful. the same laptops connected to other ISP's have no
delay.

And your friend says that the problem is on the Wanadoo servers but they're
unwilling to believe it and try and help...
