Outlook 2003 -Hebrew

I Have Office 2003 in hebrew- The "Outlook today" view:
The Titels is not good and show in Gibrish (@#$%$%???) onlt the Titels - all
other menu is ok
i check my language Defenition and all the hebrew is marked ok...
