Outlook 2003 - HELP!

Having a nightmare! Am unable to get contacts to show in
the global address list drop down, of where you can choose
your contacts list to get addreses from. Using outlook
2003. Have right clicked on contacts and gone to outlook
address book option, and don't have the option to check
box "show this folder as an email address book" - It's
driving me mad!!!

Do you have the Outlook Address book service installed? Tools->Email
Accounts->Directories->View or Change? If not, back up one step and install
it.
