Any assistant would greatly be appreciated on this. We have already tested
the program on Windows XP/2000/server 2003 and all with the same result. Here
is the problem:
When a user exceeded the mailbox size limit and tries to send a message out
from their mailbox. The user is prompted with a “Mailbox Cleanup†dialog box
to archive or empty their deleted items folder. If the user selects the
option to empty out the deleted items folder then they are left with an
unresponsive email message they were trying to send. This seems to happen
because a confirmation box appears behind the email message making the
message unresponsive until the confirmation box option has been selected.
