Outlook 2003 How do I revert to "fresh install" configuration

I tried uninstall and reinstall, but that didn't work. I want to take Outlook
to it's "first time use" state where it walks you through a series of
questions.

Deleting the email account and PST files won't do it. I want it to go back
as if it was the first time I'm running it on this computer.

Any ideas how to do this?

I just did it by going to Control Panel/ Mail/show profiles/ remove. Then go
back into outlook and it walks you through the opening series of questions.
