I just use a desktop PC with outlook 2003 on XP.
We dont use Exchange.
We have a number of user-IDs but we want to share a calendar and contacts.
The problem I have is that if I set a reminder on any calendar other than
the one in my "personal folders" I get the message ""The reminder for task
will not appear because the item is not in you Calendar or Tasks folder. Is
this OK".
This means that I dont get any reminders regarding our shared "family"
calendar entries.. which is a pain.
Does anyone know a way aroung the problem ?
I dont care if I have to share a single calendarand contacts folder - so
long as we dont have to share a mail folder.
Any help much appreciated - for what I would have thought might be a common
requirement.
regards,
