Outlook 2003 how do you hide Conversation header?

I just loaded Outlook 2003.... I want to thread my e-mails but I do not
want/need the conversation headings. How can you hide the conversation
headings when you group your mail in your mail and only show the actual mail
info, (to and from and subject line of the actual e-mails)

Thanks for any advise...
