I set up Outlook 2003 for someone who is frequently away from their desk,
and who only gets a couple of e-mails per day. They are upset that when
they get e-mails, there is no longer an alert which pops to the foreground
and stays there.
I tried setting up (on my machine) a rule to "Display a specific message",
which is "You have mail!". This works fine, except for one thing -- it pops
up when Junk Mail is received, as well as any other mail. I could not find
a rule exception for "Junk".
Any hints?
