Outlook 2003: How to use large pst file for IMAP ?

I realise that by default Outlook 2003 uses the "old"-format PST files for
IMAP accounts. This old format has a 2 GB size limit which is causing me a
lot of practical problems.

How can create an IMAPv4 account on Outlook 2003 using a "new"-format
Outlook 2003 PST-file which can hold unlimited amounts of data (at least >
2GB).

Thank you in advance.

You can't. You need to use Outlook 2007 if you want a new format PST
file (Unicode) for an IMAP account.
