Outlook 2003 HowTo simulate CustomTskPane?

There are some way to simulate something like customTaskPane for
Office 2007 in Outlook 2003?

Not really without using something like Add-In Express or doing Win32 API
window hacks and overlaying your pane somewhere in the Outlook window.

I'm focused on WindowsForm and showDialog() function,
in my opinion this class and his releted function solve my problem.
