Outlook 2003,I cannot read the body of mails recieved in HTML

I cannot read the content of some messages recieved.
I have found that if the mail is in PLAIN TEXT I can read it.
If in HTML I cannot.

Can anyone help??

'Tools|Options|Preferences|E-mail Options', make sure the "Read all standard
mail in plain text" checkbox is NOT checked.

Thanks Hal but this does not put it right.

In Outlook Options/Mail Format I am set to compose in HTML and if I send a
mail to another e-mail address set up on my PC the body cannot be read. If it
is set to Plain text it can be read.

If I use Outlook Express I can see all my mails OK.

I have followed your advice but there is no change.
