Outlook 2003. I can't see body of e-mails received. Help!

English Jack

On opening Outlook 2003 I get the message: "Extension configuration file
C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office\Addins\fldpub.ecf could not be
installed." I have installed and re-installed "MS Office Student and Teacher
Edition 2003". Also when I receive an e-mail in Outlook all I get is the
header file, i.e. To: Subject: etc. but there is no data at all in the body
of the e-mail. I've right-clicked and viewed the source but there is just a
little HTML data there.
P.S. I have gone back to using Outlook 2000 for my e-mails which I had on my
now-dead laptop.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you. I am retired and have
limited knowledge of computers so I know no jargon!!
