Using Outlook 2003. When I receive e-mails containing a website address
link, the link is in Black and therefore clicking on it will not open the
site. The same e-mail was also sent to my Web Site e-mail (another e-mail
address) and on that e-mail it was in Blue and underlined, clicking on it
opened the URL.

How do I get Outlook 2003 to show links in Blue so all I need to do is
double click on the link to open the site?

You didn't mention if the message was in your Inbox or Junk Email folder,
but just so you know, Outlook 2003 can block the opening of links if the
message is located in the junk folder. See Tools > Options > Preferences
tab > Junk Email button > first tab and near bottom...

The message(s) are in my InBox.

How do I configure Outlook 2003 to make these links in incoming e-mails
work...that is, click them and the website opens.

Try the location I mentioned since it can have an influence on things
outside of what is stored in the junk e-mail folder. (You want the last
checkbox)
