Outlook 2003 IMAP account will not send

One of my IMAP accounts in Outlook 2003 can't send mail . It gets hung up in
the Outbox and the Outgoing mail gets stuck in the inbox with the 0x800ccc0f
error -server interruption. I've spent an hour with the server provider for
this IMAP account and we've checked all the settings and telnetted to the
server. I can re-create the account in Outlook Express and send from there.
I have no problem accessing the internet or sending and receiveing from my
default POP3 account or my 8 other IMAP accounts

- except one other IMAP account, which is also having a problem sending.
Only with that account, the message isn't stuck in the Outbox - it shows up
in Sent,Items - BUT NEVER GETS RECEIVED. I can send to other IMAP addresses
but not to POP3 ones.

Both these problems just started happening a couple days ago. Up till then
I've had no problem for months, years in fact.

Please help. This is the second posting of this message to the support
group. Myf irst one, posted March 10, seems to have disappeared. I clicked
"notify me of replies" but never got any notice and I can't find my message
in the list.

Thanks in advance
JB
