outlook 2003 import and export option not available

Hi for some reason my microsoft outlook 2003 doesnt have the import/export
option, it is grey so I cant even click on it. I had this one installed on my
old pc it worked just fine, now have it in my new notebook and it's not
there. Does anyone have experience with this pls? I dont want2reinstall all
office, dont want to lose my emails etc (although, i have all the ones i need
in outlook express so maybe i wouldnt lose them?) I am not too good at pc's
so some easy to understand answer would help a lot!!! Thank you!

Put your installation CD in the CD drive and install the Importers and
Exporters feature.
