We have an Exchange Server 2003 and all our clients use Outlook 2003 with SP2.
In Outlook, when you select the mailbox and do t he export to PST file, not
everything is exported at all.
However, when you create a new PST under Data File Management and then copy
each item down from the Mailbox to the local PST, everything gets copied down
for sure.
I've done a comparison with one from export and one manual. The difference
in size of the PSTs, one from export and one from manual, is huge difference.
I've encountered this problem numerous times and finally decided never to
use the import export feature as it does not 100% reliable.
Has anyone else encountered this problem?
