Outlook 2003 in Exchange environment will not go to Cache Mode

Client is running outlook 2003 in small Business Server/Exchange environment
and is trying to get outlook to run in Cached mode but it will not cache the
data even when set to in advanced properties. It is running in unicode
mode... Any ideas??? Thanks.......Bitbob

Is this client perhaps on a Terminal Server?

After enabling the option, you'll need to restart Outlook. Verify that
outlook.exe actually quits before restarting Outlook or restart the computer
instead.

Roady No its a workstation in the LAN and tried both of the other
suggestions already.any other ideas---Thanks

Is the default delivery location set to the Exchange mailbox?
You could also try it with a new email profile;
