Outlook 2003 in multiuserXP with one email account

I am new to the outlook and xp-multi user scene having just recently upgraded
my computer. We have one e-mail account and 2+ users that access it equally.

I have found the method of leaving the message on the POP3 server for x
number of days to allow both to pick up the messages off the server and bring
them into their profile. I think this option will creat a big problem where
the POP3 server rejects email because the accout is often too full. Also its
a waste of space with all the duplication of emails, contacts, business
manager, etc. And I can't do anything for the other person's business contact
manager section unless you log is as them.

I was searching and found a solution provided for outlook express where the
register is edited for each of the users so that they have the same reg file.

export REG files for following registry branches to hard drive by right
clicking each branch
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Identities
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Account Manager
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Outlook Express
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\WAB\WAB4\Wab File Name
for each account to have the same email settings, log into that account.
Locate their branch above, delete it, locate the above REG files saved above
and double click them and answer yes to the import prompt.

Signatures, Rules and all other settings are the same with this method.

Does this method work for outlook 2003?

I guess we could create a user profile for just the email but that would be
a pain when importing documents, etc. that are located in the user's regular
profile. Another option would be to just be one big 'happy' family again and
not use the user profiles - again not a great option when you have kids that
like have their own desktops etc and for security.
