outlook 2003 in new computer I get can't find gwmsp1.dll error

I loaded outlook 2003 into new computer with xp pro sp2 os and get this
message when opening outlook and then it won't open. I have searched all my
other computers, with only xp home os, for this file and none of them have it
either.

it's a GroupWise dll. If you don't use GroupWise remove it and remove the
integration with Outlook.

I don't have GroupWise in the add/remove programs list.

Please send more help if any.
