Hello All.
I have a question for you all. At the moment I am Running a Windows 2003
Terminal Server/ App Server running Office 2000 with Outlook 2003. This box
connects to a a exchnage box as well (seperate box).
My issue is that when my clients are login into Outlook under TS they are
always asked a question, Outlook did not shutdown correctly, do you wish to
open in safe mode.
This happens all the time, you open outlook it pops up that message, they
always click on NO otherwise all their personalised settings are thrown off.
Close outlook reopen and it doesnt pop up that message, close outlook and
reopen, and it displays the message.
Hence Outlook does not always shut down correctly.
Is there a way to force outlook 2003 to always open in NORMAL mode ? or a
method of bypassing that scan to see if outlook did not close correctly ?
Is Or what can be causing this issue ?
If anyone could help me it would be greatly appricated.
Thank you
Regards
Ashwin
