Outlook 2003 in Windows Vista and IE7

When I click on the links I receive in emails in Outlook, I get the window
"Locate Link Browser" in IE7. I cannot get to the web page I want.

Did you have another browser as default? Have you tried setting IE7 as your
default browser?
