Outlook 2003 inbox disappeared!

Added a new profile for the first time on outlook 2003 and everything inside
the inbox disappeared, like it was purged or something...I saw this happen
once before, and I know its still there somewhere...Is there an option or
setting I am missing?

Is the profile you created the one and only profile now or is there a
previous one.
Try having a look in Conmtrol Panel > Mail

Also in Outlook try View > Arrange by > Current View > Messages
