OK, here is the lowdown. We are running Outlook 2003 in an Exchange 2003
SP2 Environment. Every now and again, at random times, I get a call from
one of my users that say all of a sudden, their Inboxes start to clear out
and then all their messages are gone. After the usual "are you insane"
reaction from me, I find that the user is telling the truth.
SO after restoring the inbox from backup, I check out AutoArchive settings -
it is off. I check for any weird Rules - no Rules set up at all. Check for
any PST's set up, there are none. I check for any Recipient Policies that
may be doing this, such as mailbox management - None.
Has anyone ever encountered something like this? And if so, what can be
done? Any thoughts? Any imput at all is greatly appreciated!!
