On a couple of our Outlook 2003 machines in Germany the inbox is not
synchronizing with our Exchange 2003 server. The computers are located on a
small branch office and they are connected to the main office by VPN. Outlook
is set up with Outlook over HTTP and it works fine, except that the Inbox
won't sync. Other folders do synchronize, just the inbox folder is not
synchronizing. We use this Exchange account as second account. New email is
put in a local PST file, and if the mail is recieved by the Exchange account
the mail if moved to the Exchange account OST file with a rule. One other
thing I noticed is that when I click on the inbox the message "Waiting to
update this folder" is displayed on the right bottom site of my screen and
this message stays there, but when I click on one of my submaps it says "This
folder is up to date". When I rightclick on the inbox and go to the tab
"Synchronization" it says "Server folder contains 0 messages" and "Offline
folder contains 2 messages".
Can someone please help us with this?
