Hello! I have a user here that when she replies to an email or forwards an
e-mail the fonts show up as about pt. 14 from originally being a 10pt. on her
screen. As soon as she clicks to reply or fwd. her signature and any text
she types inclreases from a 10 pt to 14pt. or so. I have gone and adjusted
the font sizes to all be the same and also the font type on fwd. & reply and
it still increases the size. One strage thing is that when I uncheck "use
Word as your email editior" it looks normal...all font sizes are the same,
but then I don't have word as my editor. I have spent hours online trying to
find any information about this problem, as well as, a lot of time on her
computer trying different settings to no avail. I even tried to set her up
on another computer and she still had the same exact problem. I used the
"file and transfer setting wizard" and apparently there is some setting being
carried over. I also uninstalled and reinstalled the entire Office 2003
suite.
There seems to be some setting in Word that is automatically increasing the
font size on her screen but I can't figure out where or what it could be.
