Outlook 2003 installation over the web.

I am getting the following error msg in the MSI log file, while trying to
perform a MSI installation over the web (http):

SKURED: Error 0x7b: VerityXMLSignature: failed to open
http://127.0.0.1:3460/901A0409-6000.../PFILES/MSOFFICE/OFFICE11/1033/01A/SKU01A.XML
SKURED: ERROR: test signature verification failed for
http://127.0.0.1:3460/901A0409-6000.../PFILES/MSOFFICE/OFFICE11/1033/01A/SKU01A.XML
SKURED: Error 0x80004005: GetSkuRedRoot: xml signature verification failed
SKURED: Failed to read skured data, fatal error
Error 25003. Microsoft Office Outlook Setup cannot continue because the
installation source has been corrupted.

I don't know of any place Outlook can be installed over the web.

I'd try deleting the downloaded files and restarting the download. (search
for files modified today - it's an advanced search option)

Is the installation from MSN (Outlook online) or some other source?

Your installation error is most likely caused by MSI Redirector from
Novadigm Radia. Radia implements a rather dubious method for managing
MSI installation source, and 127.0.0.1:3460 is the address that is
serviced by Radia MSI redirector (Radstgms.exe).
