Hi there
Sorry if this has been asked before but I could not find it anywhere.
I've created a CIW for Office 2003 and in it for Outlook I have set
the default server and am using an evironment variable for the
username.
After running the installation I populate the environment variable
with a code (our usernames use underscores which doesn't seem to work
at all) and run outlook.
Everytime Outlook starts it tells me that the name hasn't been found.
If I type the code into the username box outlook will connect to the
server and mailbox.
If I type the environment variable into either a command prompt or
start run command I get the correct information back. If I run the set
command from a command prompt I can see the variable with the right
info.
The default username is %variable%
Am I missing something or have other people seen this problem before.
We are running Win XP Pro with SP2.
Many thanks in advance.
Matt
