Outlook 2003 integration with OneNote 2007 setup does not complete

I have office 2003 installed on XP Tablet 2005.
When using Outlook 2003 at the same time as One Note 2007 Office 2007
starts to run, and install something. It prompts for a restate and then the
cycle repeats.
Canceling the setup process each time it starts, has been my resort. What
can be done to prevent this behavior?
