Outlook 2003 is inaccessible - 2007 won't install

No luck installing Office 2007 beta, and now I can't get into Outlook 2003,
which is the backbone of my business - I know I know it's a beta. Error msg:
"has not been installed for current user. Use setup to install the
application" I cannot find a setup file. Can anyone help.

Remove Office 2007 and 2003 from the computer completely and reinstall
Office 2003 again as an administrator.

I have exactly the same problem. I have tried uninstalling and removing
all office registry entries and files on the system but to not avail.
Every installation of office since (and I've tried loads) brings the
same error message and publisher error whether 2003 or 2007!

I cannot get this to work.
