Outlook 2003 is not closing properly.Please urgent help required

Hi,

In my office we have 10 machines with Exchange server 2003 and
outlook 2003 configured as their email client.Whenever we close
outlook it is not closing properly still it is showing outlook icon in
system tray.I have to open taskmanager and i have to end the
outloo.exe process every time.

I have searched many forms they suggested any synchronization
software used that outlook sevices but in my company we are not using
any of them like that example winfax,PDA softwares etc.

Is there any way to get out of this problem.We
have removed all 'add-ins' also.Still it is not working and we don't
have any winfax softwares.This is know problem with outlook 2003.

I have updated all my service packs also.
