Outlook 2003 is not saving accout settings

I am having trouble geting my Outlook 2003 account settings to save after I
reboot the machine. It loses its pop3 information, account password and user
name. If anyone has encountered this issue or knows a solution, please write
to me @ endless409@hotmail or respond in this thread. Any suggestions or help
will be awesome.
