Outlook 2003 issue

I am having issues with Outlook. I have one contact who can't receive my
emails, they are rejected. According to their IS Department the headers are
being stripped off. I can Outlook Express doesn't do it and neither does
Comcast web based mail.

My question is this, is their a setting in Outlook to change this behavior?
