Outlook 2003 Junk E-Mail Filter Stopped working After Automatic Up

My Junk E-Mail Filter in Outlook 2003 stopped working after "Windows Update"
installed the followig automatic updates. I didn't change anything else
about my Outlook configuration, it's just that no more messages are being
filtered by Outlook's filter since that date. I have tried turning filtering
off then on again, using various filtering levels, etc. and nothing seems to
work.

Here are the updates that were installed, after which this behavior started:

Office 2007 Update for Office 2007 (KB934391)
Office 2007 Security Update for Office 2007 (KB934062)
Office 2007 Update for Office 2007 (KB934393)
Office 2007 Update for 2007 Microsoft Office System (KB932080)

Is anyone else finding this to be the case and any suggestions for a fix?
