Outlook 2003 Junk Mail Filter Inoperative After Office 2007 Beta Install

After I installed Office 2007 Beta 2 - without installing the Outlook
component - my Outlook 2003 junk mail filter ceased to work. Everything
else in Outlook 2003 seems to work just fine, I changed no settings,
I've tried rebooting / restarting multiple times over many days, and I
have the most recent updates for Outlook 2003.

Can anyone suggest a possible fix - one that doesn't involve
uninstalling and/or reinstalling everything?
