Outlook 2003 Junk Mail Filter Options

I'm getting a lot of junk mail with a foreigh alphabet. I've selected options
for Both Countries and Alphabets to provide a narrow list of countries and
alphabets. However, the junk mails seem to get throught by having just a
small number of English words in the email. QUESTION: Can you exclude these
email by creating a setting that would block them if the emails have, say, 90
percent non-English for the alphabet in the email?
