Outlook 2003 Junk Mail Update and missing L2561403.cab

I posted this on the Office Setup group which was probably an error.

Tried to install the Outlook Junk Mail update through Office Update and it
just runs and then says. Install Unsucessful with no error message.

I then downloaded the update and tried to install and it says insert the
office disk you installed from and find L2561403.cab. I did this and it
couldn't find it. I then searched that CD and my FrontPage 2003 CD and that
file does not exist on either. I even tried my Office XP CD (which I
upgraded from) and had no luck.

I tried a repair and reinstall on Office 2003 and no luck

How do I get this file? Between the SBS 2003 Sharepoint install nightmare
and this I'm ready to toss all MS products out of the office.

We buy the software legally and it just seems harder and harder and more and
more time consuming to get anything done.

Please tell me how I can install this update and get the needed files. I
very much appreciate this forum and the work the MVPs do so please don't
take my frustration personally :)
