Outlook 2003 keeps crashing

I had installed Citrix Client on my comp (running WinXP). This made my
Outlook 2003 to start crashing, so I uninstalled the Citrix Client. Even now,
Outlook keeps crashing, with the option to restart it. Using MS Word to write
mails thankfully preserves the contents of unsent mail (although losing the
envelope).
All updates have been installed, but it doesn't seem to be helping.
Will I have to re-install?

This is a corporate copy, and I will have to contact my Systems department
for anything that will require the Installation CD. I just wanted to know if
I can fix something without having to contact them.
