Outlook 2003 keeps prompting for credentials

Windows XP SP2 - Outlook 2003
Several PC's not not on the domain, users can open Outlook with the
domain\username logon just fine but it keeps poping up asking for
username/password every few minutes even afte they have successfully
accessed their email.

Any ideas?
