Outlook 2003 keeps shutting down

My Outlook 2003 Product ID is 73102-OEM-5690366-0488. The app keeps shutting
itself down and gives an error message: [The instruction at "0x 35958206"
referenced memory at "0x0c8c7f90." The memory aould not be "read."] What does
that mean and how can I fix it? -- Many thanks,
